Concerning the issue of the process said;
. States that since last March, her employee functions are in the restaurant in the Ocean Club;
. Specifies that her hours of are from 16H00 to 24H00, every day of the week with exception of Mondays and Tuesdays, which correspond to weekly her days off;
. That, according to what she remembers, the parents of the missing child, accompanied with said minor, and her siblings, as is the case with various other couples and children, went to dinner in this restaurant on the night of Saturday, the 28th of April;
. That this was the last time which the frequented the restaurant, as after that they began frequenting the Tapas restaurant, allegedly as it was located closer to where they were lodged;
. That she had knowledge of the missing child, on the night of her disappearance, shortly after 22H00, when various people went to the Millennium restaurant, to and asked whether they had seen her as the parents had realised her disappearance and that the authorities had been alerted. Many people were already looking for her in the area;
. That the deponent was working, her colleagues went looking for the child, that night, and the stated that they returned home at 01 in the morning;
. In that which concerns the specific facts of the investigation, she states that she has nothing relevant to offer;
. States that she exercises her functions in that restaurant, which is situated in an area away from the apartment where the McCann family was staying;
. But mentions that in the days preceding the disappearance of the child Madeleine she did not notice any strange movements in the tourist resort;
. Adds that all over the resort there is lost of movement, making it hard to determine if anything abnormal is occurring;
. As already states, clarifies that on the day/time of the occurrence, she was working;
. That she has no knowledge of other elements that may contribute for the good of the investigation;
. And nothing more said, having read the statement, finds it in conformity and signs it;
